I’m glad you’re here, let’s get to know each other!
My name is Kseniia Diachenko. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012. For me, Yoga is a path of transformation. It moves through small steps, leading to a real change and helping us understand who we truly are.
– Instructor of the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga
– Member of the European Union of Yoga (500 RYT)
– 14 years of personal yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience
– Studied Sanskrit in India
– Member of the Dance Council (CID UNESCO)
– Higher education in Mathematics and Analysis
My background in mathematics and years in the IT field shaped the way I teach yoga — with logic, and attention to details. For me, explaining the principles matters more than memorizing forms — it makes the practice alive and individual.
In addition to yoga, I have been dancing for many years. Movement, breath, and self-expression have always been part of how I understand the body, and they are also present in my classes.
Now I live in Berlin and teach yoga here. I would like to share my experience and provide a space for reflection and sincerity. The methods of yoga help to find a way to step outside of patterns and live one’s own life.
