Il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que ses possibilit\u00e9s n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas encore test\u00e9es du tout). Et ce, malgr\u00e9 le fait que je suis impliqu\u00e9 avec mon corps depuis aussi longtemps que je me souvienne &#8211; sport, danse, th\u00e9\u00e2tre plastique ! Il semblait \u00e9galement que le monde entier et toutes les exp\u00e9riences qu&rsquo;il contient &#8211; toutes ces choses &#8211; deveneit plus harmonieuses, structur\u00e9es et en m\u00eame temps &#8211; int\u00e9ressantes, complexes, diverses. Le sentiment d\u2019un Soi plus profond, de sa propre Nature (Atman) faisait son apparition apres cette cours&#8230;<\/p><p>Alors la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, je n&rsquo;ai probablement pas manqu\u00e9 un seul cours et je me suis s\u00e9rieusement int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au yoga.<\/p><p>En \u00e9tant pratiqu\u00e9, la compr\u00e9hension des nuances est n\u00e9e, mais je peux dire avec certitude que je d\u00e9couvre toujours quelque chose de nouveau pour moi \u00e0 chaque cours ou au cours de chaque journ\u00e9e de pratique. Je d\u00e9veloppe, car le d\u00e9veloppement est un processus non-stop et en m\u00eame temps une aventure incroyable (vous probablement l&rsquo;aurez compris, j&rsquo;aime les aventures)).<\/p><p>En me d\u00e9veloppant, j&rsquo;ai un grand d\u00e9sir de partager avec les autres les pratiques et m\u00e9thodes de Yoga qui se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es efficaces.<\/p><p>Je souhite transmettre ce savoir inestimable, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 laquelle j&rsquo;ai pu changer ma vie pour le mieux.<\/p><p>J&rsquo;ai vraiment envie que d&rsquo;autres personnes, mes \u00e9tudiants actuels et futurs, touchent \u00e0 la grandeur du Yoga; plongent dans l&rsquo;oc\u00e9an des possibilit\u00e9s incommensurables, qui donne la connaissance de soi et du monde \u00e0 travers les m\u00e9thodes du Yoga.<\/p><p>Je
