I\u2019ve been practicing yoga since 2012. For me, Yoga is a path of transformation. It moves through small steps, leading to a real change and helping us understand who we truly are.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Instructor of the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga<br>&#8211; Member of the European Union of Yoga (500 RYT)<br>&#8211; 14 years of personal yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience<br>&#8211; Studied Sanskrit in India<br>&#8211; Member of the Dance Council (CID UNESCO)<br>&#8211; Higher education in Mathematics and Analysis<\/p>\n<p>My background in mathematics and years in the IT field shaped the way I teach yoga \u2014 with logic, and attention to details. For me, explaining the principles matters more than memorizing forms \u2014 it makes the practice alive and individual.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to yoga, I have been dancing for many years. Movement, breath, and self-expression have always been part of how I understand the body, and they are also present in my classes.<\/p>\n<p>Now I live in Berlin and teach yoga here. I would like to share my experience and provide a space for reflection and sincerity.
