Kriya is a \u00abknow-how\u00bb of yoga \u2014 in other systems of physical culture there\u2019s nothing of this kind. Among kriya techniques are: <em>Uddiyana Bandha Kriya<\/em>, <em>Nauli Kriya<\/em>. Kriyas are also cleansing techniques, which have to do with niyama. They are aimed to clean our body from harmful substances. A special attention is drawn to cleansing of digestive tract, blood and other systems.<\/p>\n<p>There are six types of cleansings:<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Net\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Dhaut\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Naul\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Basti,<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Kap\u00e2labh\u00e2t\u00ee,<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u2022 <\/span><\/i>Tr\u00e2taka.<\/p>\n<p>Every type has its procedures and cleansing techniques.
